About Saif:
A self-proclaimed “old soul,” Saif is the youngest Store Manager in Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors history. As a teenager, Saif handled sales, scheduling, and more for his family flooring business. His mother encouraged him to consider applying to Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors, and the rest is history. Soft-spoken and straightforward, as thoughtful as he is knowledgeable, our customers agree that he is a strong contribution to the Roberts team.

Interacting with people and seeing everyone’s different taste and style.
What is the most challenging part of the job?
The most challenging part of the job is also the most fun part of the job--finding the right product for each person.
Money is no object. What floors do you put in your home?
Greenworld, American Home throughout the main living rooms. I like the extra wide, extra long boards. The 4 mm veneer, select grade. Clean look. A nice Fabrica carpet, like Dulce, for the bedrooms. I like carpet in the bedrooms and their cut piles just feel amazing.
